EXCHANGE PROGRAM

Are you a student from one of our international partner institutions and are you interested in studying at PUCPR? You can take one or two semesters here without paying our tuition fee. It is only necessary that you get officially nominated by your home university. Please, contact your International Office to be acquainted with the application procedures. Partner Universities should nominate the student through the online form. The nominated students must fill out the online application form and send the documents below by email to [email protected] (there is no need to mail the original documents).

AMERICAN ACADEMY

Have you ever thought about starting your undergraduate studies journey in Brazil and finishing it in the United States? Through a pioneering partnership between PUCPR and Kent State University (Ohio), you can take the first two years of Liberal Arts Education in Curitiba with an American curriculum and Kent State faculty members and choose to do your major in Kent or in Curitiba, with more than 300 program options.

To apply, follow these three steps:

1. Fill out the application form and pay the R$90 application fee.

2. Upload your documents to the Candidate’s Area: High School transcripts and diploma, English proficiency test (TOEFL iBT, IELTS Academic or PTE Academic) and a Motivation Letter (in English). 3. We will book a face to face or video call interview. The approved candidates will receive an Acceptance Letter and an invitation to enroll at both PUCPR and Kent State University. Learn more

FULL-TIME DEGREE

If you wish to pursue your undergraduate studies in Brazil, you are more than welcome to apply to PUCPR to become our full-time student. Please, ask for admission information directly to our International Office at [email protected]

INTERNATIONAL TRANSFER

If you are already an undergraduate student and wish to transfer your credits to PUCPR to become a full-time student here, we would love to hear from you. Please, ask for transfer information directly to our International Office at any time at [email protected]

You may study at PUCPR in a Double Degree program for two or three semesters. The application process follows the regular exchange steps, is also necessary that your home university officially nominates you. FREE-MOVER

Are you an undergraduate student, but your University is not a PUCPR partner? Fortunately, you can also apply for a period of academic mobility at PUCPR. We offer you the same treatment and support that we offer all exchange students, no matter the way of entrance. In this type of mobility, you will pay the tuition (credits), and your home university must approve the study plan.
