Access to Justice in Europe:

History and Experience of the Judiciary, Arbitration and Mediation, Italy
This course is designed to undergraduted and graduated (lato or stricto sensu) law students. It is structured with lectures and practical (hands on) activities, besides guided visits to important spots in Florence. The research will be developed in the classroom and also through visits to some political, historical and artistic spots offering to the students global reflections of those cultures, history and experiences.
