The course intends to discuss new perspectives of the business and leadership skills in the context of innovation, reflecting the future in the perspective of the new technological and social challenges in the pos pandemic scenario. How should be the organizational capabilities needed to face the new economy based on collaboration? How should be the leadership that is already leading this transformation in course?
