BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION

A full orientation to work strategically on high-quality results, as well as to develop valuable organizations with innovative teamwork is the program main goal. By integrating technical and experiential knowledge, our Business Program develops quantitative, economic and behavioral skills to graduate successful professionals.

| ACTIONS JUNIOR BUSINESS CONSULTING
At PUCPR Maringá we count with a junior business consulting called Actions Consultoria Jr, created in 2016 to promote academic and practical training to our students, by partnering with local and regional firms. The Actions Consulting is well-regarded as one of the most important experiences that calls the attention of hiring managers when from big to small businesses.

Students who participate in the Actions Consulting can get into the real world of business and jobmarket, combining classroom learning activities with hands-on professional practices.

LAW

Since we believe the learning process is built on humanist values and principles, our Law program is the perfect choice to help students become critical thinkers and advocates of social and economic transformation. To help them reach a successful career path, we count on a high-qualified faculty team, acting in different legal practice areas, and teaching courses aligned with the constant changes in our society. These courses rage from Political Economy, Family Rights, to International Law.

Our Law Program offers students the opportunity to engage with practical initiatives within the community of Maringá. Under the coordination and supervision of faculty members, students work on real cases, considering the development of high level of proficiency and performance in different areas.

PHILOSOPHY

PUCPR Philosophy undergraduate program enable students to have a complete understanding of the main questions of human existence. Our faculty team is composed by masters and doctors who conduct learning, research and extension activities.

| PHILOSOPHY INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
The supervised internship program we offer is focused on organizing pedagogical practices, as well as the organization of study subjects that are part of Philosophy Theory and are examined through history in order to bring critical thinking to pedagogical practice, seeking human emancipation.

PSYCHOLOGY

Focused on developing professionals engaged with society’s progress, our Psychology program offers excellence in promoting learning combining studies related to the increasing changes of a globalized world and the needs of local communities. Our students actively interact in the teaching-learning process, which is built on autonomy, responsibility, and on ethical, technical and scientific commitment. We graduate professionals in the areas of Clinical and Organizational Psychology, which enable the students to work in different areas, with different theoretical and methodological approach.

| HUMAN ANATOMY LABORATORY AND INTERNSHIPS COLLABORATIONS
The PUCPR Psychology Program has multidisciplinary laboratories, including the Human Anatomy laboratory. Through this laboratory we have terms of agreement with municipal Secretary of Education that serves to provide students with practical training within our local community.

COMMUNITY PROJECT

Considered a common course to all our undergraduate programs, the Community Project has supportive network initiatives through which our students develop volunteering activities with various publics in vulnerable situations. There are more than 300 initiatives offered annually at PUCPR Maringá Campus, and they involve areas such as Human Rights, Culture, Education, Digital Inclusion, Entertaining, Income Generation activities, Environment, and Health.

In total, we work with 17 social and educational organizations through our Community Project. Among them, there is the Solidary Caravan Project hosted in our campus since 2014 with the main goal of transforming our community in an interacting and collaborating environment, expanding, therefore, access opportunities through educational, cultural and sportive activities, offered to children, adolescents and adults.
